There may be a genuinely diverse assortment of restaurants in the expansive city of London, but there is one kind of food which has made its mark: Vietnamese food. And now, thanks to Viet Eat and its sister restaurant, Pho & Bun, customers looking for an authentic Vietnamese food experience – with affordable pricing and fresh ingredients, to boot – will not be disappointed. Pho & Bun even features a more varied and exciting menu selection as well.

UNITED KINGDOM – Viet Eat is synonymous with delicious, crave-worthy Vietnamese food in London, but not many of Viet Eat’s customers are aware that it has a sister restaurant, Pho & Bun, as well. Like Viet Eat, Pho & Bun specialises in distinctive Vietnamese dishes, one of which is the iconic bun. As Pho & Bun proclaims, “Our buns combine beef patties with freshly-steamed buns that are made in-house every day.”

But Pho & Bun is not just known for its fresh, pillowy bun and meat combination sandwiches – it is also known for a host of other dishes that are truly designed to delight diners’ palates. And now, Pho & Bun is proud to announce that it has an even more diverse and varied menu. The menu of Pho & Bun is distinctly Vietnamese, of course, and it is as authentically Vietnamese as one can find outside Vietnam.

The menu now features such classics as a variety of wraps and rolls, including GoiCuon Tom, a fresh summer roll with tiger prawns, and Bo Cuon La Cai, another fresh summer roll made with ginger-marinated beef. The restaurant also features a ‘Small Bites’ selection with Suon Bo Nuong Than, a grilled dry-aged beef short rib with smoked mayonnaise, and Mu Crang Muoi, a chilli salt and pepper squid dish. Another great addition to the Pho & Bun menu is the Bun Sa (one of the rice and vermicelli dishes on offer), with vermicelli combined with lemongrass, bean sprouts, and fresh herbs, where customers can choose from either beef rump steak or tiger prawns.

The restaurant now has more rice bowls as well. This includes the popular Com Rang Truyen Thong, a Vietnamese traditional fried rice meal with Vietnamese ham and sausage, confit egg, and tiger prawns, and Com Ga Tay Cam, a rice bowl dish with chicken cooked in lemongrass and shitake mushrooms.  Check out the Pho & Bun website to find more delectable Vietnamese dishes on the menu.
